Excavating the existing surfaces
Existing area to be reshaped, excavated and disposed of appropriately we then lay and compact a minimum of 150mm of Type-1 sub base and compact in 75mm layers for true consolidation
Installing suitable edgings
We would then install suitable edgings, sets or curbs wich come in a variety of style size and colour. We offer many samples to make sure you have got your desired finish. Edgings will also strengthen the overall performance of the driveway by finishing what would over wise be a unprotected joint or edge
Raising Manhole lids and inspection chambers to the new level
We undertake all aspects of groundwork's and driveway preparation. All manhole covers, inspection chambers, water stop taps and gas are all raised to the desired finished level.
Drainage and soak aways installed
Drainage is a big factor when thinking about a new driveway with a lot of dense
macadam's being low porosity, water run off is increased. Soak aways and channel drains must be installed in front of garages and areas which could cause water buildup and flooding.
